Moulding Generations since 1975 in the Sultanate, Polyglot Institute Oman llc is responsible for pioneering the vocational training provision within the Sultanate of Oman. This was recognised with Polyglot becoming classified as a Grade ‘A’ Institute by the Ministry of Manpower. In 2001 it was also awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Training by the Adult Learning Inspectorate (ALI - UK). As an ISO 9001:2008 organisation, Polyglot trains thousands of students each year at its centres in Wattayah and Al-Hail. With amenities of the highest standards they offer a comprehensive range of options for study, covering both national and internationally accepted qualifications to suit most requirements in English and Arabic Languages, IT, including CADD (Design and Drafting), Leadership and Management, Finance courses and Teacher training programmes. The institutes at both centres in Wattayah and Al-Hail are approved for ACCA & CAT, Edexcel International qualifications, Microsoft and ICDL, IC3 with VUE Pearson computer based exams being conducted at our Main Centre. We are also an authorised provider of THOMSON PROMETRIC exams. Polyglot became an affiliate of the International House World Organisation (IHWO) in 2007. This network of over 150 language schools worldwide is dedicated to both excellence and innovation in language training for students and development for its teachers. As well as this, Polyglot is an Authorised Centre for University of Cambridge, ESOL Examinations offering internationally acclaimed teacher training programmes such as CELTA, CELTA Online, DELTA, TKT etc. As well as this, Polyglot’s Leadership & Management Studies Department offers short courses and workshops in the areas of Management, Marketing, Materials and Logistics with their professional and short duration courses tailored to the individual requirements of clients. Association with CILT, EDEXCEL, ILM and other international bodies ensures that all training provided by this department meets the highest standards in quality assurance and international recognition. Polyglot Institute imparts its major role in strengthening human resource development within the country by way of skills-based training.
