China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) (L.L.C.) (hereinafter referred to as CSCEC Middle East), a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, was established in Dubai on March 26, 2005. Over the past two decades, the company has emerged as one of the largest integrated international contractors in the Middle East, with operations spanning the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
