Oman Formaldehyde Chemical Company LLC (OFCC) is a 50:50 joint venture between between Zawawi Communications LLC and an European Investor.

OFCC has a manufacturing capacity of 239 MTPD for Urea Formaldehyde Concentrate and/ or 388 MTPD for Aqueous Formaldehyde. The technology is from M/s. Haldor Topsoe AS of Denmark and M/s. Johnson Matthey Formox, Sweden.
