Muscat Grand Mall opened in March 2012 with its Phase 1 inclusive of MGM Shopping Mall, TILAL Offices, and TILAL Residences has expanded with Phase 3 in 2017 with the addition of more retail shops, offices, and residential flats. Currently, MGM hosts around 200 brands, 50 Offices, and 379 residential units. It’s currently one of the biggest mixed-use properties that is located in the heart of the capital, MGM is with reliable access from the corners of the city.
