The Catering & Housekeeping Division of Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC was established to deliver comprehensive corporate and industrial catering solutions across Oman. Originally scaled to provide high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the varied regional tastes of the group's extensive workforce, the division has evolved significantly.
Today, it operates the largest iKitchen in the GCC, producing a remarkable 18,000 meals (or 14 tons of food) daily out of an expansive 90-meter by 20-meter culinary facility equipped with dedicated vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Indian bread sections.

• State-of-the-Art Technology: The division partners with high-end culinary systems like Rational Cooking Systems, integrating smart ovens and digital connected-cooking platforms. This advanced infrastructure allows them to mass-produce food efficiently—such as cooking 1.2 tons of rice in just 45 minutes—while achieving up to 35% in gas savings and 30% in water savings.
